To use the snuffer, place the bell over the candle flame. Then wait until the flame goes out. Be careful not to submerge the bell into the wax. The bell needs to hover slightly over the surface of the wax. Eventually, you may see a small wisp of smoke emerging from the bell (signifying that the flame is out).
